How to Use Hematite Energy

Hematite, one of the most commonly occurring stones on the planet, has a heavy iron content, and has even been used as a red dye in sacred ritual. Hematite is magnetic, and carries and bestows a lot of energy. It also adds that grounding energy to any other stone it is combined with.

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Hematite
  • Any other minerals
  • Small bag or pouch (optional)
  1. 1

Feeling scattered and unfocused? Hematite will get your feet right back on the ground. Hematite will also help you stay focused and maintain your energy until you finish whatever you’re working on. Hematite is a stone of purpose.

  2. 2

Combine Hematite with other stones to bring their energy down to earth. Aquamarine can be very useful in psychic matters, but combine it with Hematite to ground that energy and make it accessible in everyday life.

  3. 3

Hematite is a great stabilizer when you are surrounded by chaotic energy. If you are going to a gem and mineral show, carry a piece of hematite in a left and right pocket to shield you from all the energy that is swirling around you.

  4. 4

Hematite is a useful mineral for those with circulatory problems. A bracelet of Hematite and Chrysolite would be a good gift for someone with blood pressure problems.

Tips & Warnings

  • Hematite potentiates any other gem or mineral.
  • Use Hematite with Aquamarine to manifest your dreams.
  • Try combining these minerals in bracelets or necklaces or combine pieces in a pouch and wear them, or just tuck them in your pocket.
  • A few people find that hematite has the opposite of its usual reaction. If that is a problem for you, combine hematite with clear quartz.
  • Some people are more sensitive to mineral energy. Watch your reactions when you use these stones. If you experience anxiety or restlessness, or physical symptoms, like nausea, cut back your exposure.
  • If you are sensitive, try using only single stones, and not combinations.

Hematite is one of my favorite rocks. I have several necklaces that I enjoy very much.   I found this article on ehow; http://www.ehow.com/how_2204179_use-hematite-energy.html
Make it a great day!(with the help of a little chunk of nature)
