Hi, it’s Karin, Your Favorite Connections Coach.  I am working on my 30 day Video Gratitude Challenge.  Today is Day 15. I am so happy and grateful for many things in my life. Today I finally got my voice back a little. Yeah! I hope you can understand me on the video. I let the stress and lack of sleep finally get to me and temporarily trash my health. I’m on the way back and will not let this happen again.

I am back in town after spending a fabulous weekend with the Conway sisters up in da UP, eh? We stayed near Marquette, MI which is a beautiful location on Lake Superior. The energy you feel there is amazing. One of my favorite memories was walking on the beach, then laying on the huge rocks on the beach and feeling the earth energy surging thru me. I’m sure this is just what I needed to help heal me. I also did a vision quest alone on the beach for as long as I could stand the cold. It was less than 2 hours, but helped me clear my head and think thru a few things. I would highly recommend trying this meditative experience. I am so grateful to have such a fabulous group of sisters in law…or would that be sisters-in-laws? Either way, they rock! I showed up with a nasty throat and headache and they took good care of me and helped me relax and have fun.

I’m happy to be home and semi-healthy again. Now I’m back home and grateful to have this beautiful view every day.
